Editor’s note: Brandon Seale, an energy executive as well as a published author and podcast producer, created his second podcast series, A New History of Old San Antonio, “to cover the history of San Antonio from its founding 300 years ago until the arrival of the railroad 150 or so years later,” he said.

  1. I wish you would consider slowing down the pacing of your speech a little bit. I think the audio would be much more enjoyable if you did. As it is, you kinda sound like you have a plane to catch and you’re rushing to get out of the studio. Your podcast is a great idea — no need to fear losing the listeners’ attention if you speak a little more slowly.

  2. Thank you Brandon. This is an excellent and educational series,which, I will listen to multiple times. It further deepens my love, appreciation, and knowledge of my hometown. The Seale Series will be treasured for many generations.
